A new Marvel Comics-themed land at Disney California Adventure Park next to Disneyland in Anaheim has received permits for part of the project, which will feature Spider-man, the Avengers and other heroes.

Any idea what this is for? Is it the restrooms between Whitewater snacks and the spa? Those are the best restrooms to use - there's almost never anybody in them and they are always clean! (Plus, the A/C is always cranked so it's nice and cool)

This just came up in my real life. I just got out of a meeting with the Mayor, a major developer, and others in regards to Beach Blvd and improving the area. Hopefully bulldozers by the end of the year.

After the meeting, a couple of folks asked me about the news article. I laughed and said it was old news, I knew someone who follows permits issued by the city in regards to the DLR. So big shout out to SSG!
