BLD2019-00545 Disneyland - BLDG 9053 - Tenant Improvement: 3,720 sq ft for demo of existing walls and construction of new partitions at the dressing and break spaces.

BLD2019-00556 Plumbing for GCH - Hearthstone Lounge - Tenant Improvement: (2) ceiling mounted and (2) beam mounted infraded heaters to existing patio.

BLD2019-00559 DTD - Black Tap , suite #101 - Plumbing to remove and replace 1500 gallon grease interceptor.

BLD2019-00565 GCH - Hearthstone Lounge - Electrical for heaters at patio.

BLD2019-00566 Downtown Disney - Building CC - Tenant Improvement: Installation partition walls on the 2nd floor, construct two new walls on the first floor, ceiling work.

BLD2019-00569 Disneyland Hotel - Tangaroa Terrace Restaurant - Tenant Improvement: Remove existing food service window and replace with two new motor operated food service windows.

I wonder if this is why it is taking so long to open this restaurant? I wonder if this is replacing an existing one that they thought they could use, or if this is replacement of a new one that was installed and failed?

So, fellow old one--do you remember back in the '60s when Fritz's was a nightclub or restaurant with live entertainment called El Fortin Bandido? It was a favorite of my parents. I think I got to go one time before it closed.

I never went there, but I went to the subsequent place (that had another whimsical name I can't recall). They had a large scale and the kid's meals price was based on the child's weight.

OMG!!! I never thought to look for this. I've discovered some wonderful postcard images online and have even purchased a couple. My nephew has a popular Googie architecture site and there are many postcard images.

Reconfigure Katella and Haster entryways, new security chain link fence 7' high 1,200 ln.ft with motorized rolling gates, restripe existing parking lot. Install 100 electrical EV charges. (3) light poles.

Disney is so freaking stupid! They could have built a structure on the Harbor CM lot at Harbor and Ball. This would have allowed them to move more CM parking from Katella lot and Pumbaa (the biggest part of the Eastern Gateway project).

Sometimes I wonder if there are any grownups at TDA.

Well, it sounds like they are preparing for more of the Katella CM Lot to be used as Toy Story Guest Parking, and the Clementine entrance to be used for the ART buses to Toy Story, and shifting the CM entrance to Haster, at least on some days....

It shows what happens when a City Council fires the entire Planning Commission 3 years ago, and replaced people with knowledge with folks with an agenda to shoot down the Eastern Gateway, one the City Staff wanted approved, but was roadblocked by a political decision.
