It took me a minute. I think this refers the the Westernmost building in SW:GE that covers the gap between Alcatraz and Big Bird. I think it's just the bridge that is for CMs only. Kinda threw me off. We'll see.

Apparently not, now that a week later we learn they are adding several thousand additional square feet of deck and trellis and indoor/outdoor serving bar space. It looks like White Water is being upgraded from a snack bar to a real poolside bar and grill.
