The valuation is a best guess for design, labor, materials, incidental costs--even the permit itself, which costs money. Disney itself is often doing the work and their cost controls aren't the best.For those in the know about permitting: Does the valuation section mean how much the installation costs? Is this number inflated for insurance purposes or something?
