Haven't seen a thread in this section so I thought I'd go ahead and post.
Parkscope has had some interesting articles regarding Potter Expansion, involving the new stations with a connector.

Also they tweeted earlier that "Digging has begun for the London waterfront in USF! #Excite"

So things are moving along, and hopefully there will be more news in the near future! :)

They are currently working on the water front by the lagoon... They are really only draining any water in the dirt at this point... Then they have to get the area ready for what ever construction they will do... Could be several months away...

Hey, any construction is better than no construction right?

Wahoo, think they will begin to go vertical by September?
Hard to say. They have a lot of work to do that will be virtually invisible to us. First they have to mark everything, then do utilities, then pour concrete, etc. But this is a start.

I've also realized that the permit for the new sea wall permit was issued as well, so they can (and have) work on it.

The thing that makes this project interesting is that they seem to be moving forward with construction before making an official announcement. I remember when they announced Wizarding World back in 2007 and released concept art...they were still a long way away from breaking ground at that point. I bet now vertical construction will likely be happening before they even release any sort of announcement.

This time, they don't want people cancelling their trips waiting for Phase 2.
