Perks of seasonal employee

Hi all!

I’m thinking of becoming a cast member seasonally but I’ve heard conflicting info on the WDW specific benefits (eg, guest passes, complimentary tickets) anyone currently work there as a seasonal employee that can share what that looks like?

Biggest perk is you can get yourself in free. You have to work a certain number of hours to keep the status and you dont get guest passes like PT and FT, instead you will get allotted tickets, a small number of tickets, over time and based on hours worked. Its not amazing to say the least. You want the awesome perks, you need to be PT.
