Refurbishment continues at Pepper Market at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, with the most current phase taking place from June 30 through mid-July.

During this refurbishment the Mexican food station will be removed, creating space to relocate the cash registers closer to ordering and assisting with Guest flow.

Guests will still be able to enjoy all food and beverage offerings available at Pepper Market, as food from the station being removed will be relocated to surrounding stations.

Well that's good to hear that the food options will remain the same. I've heard good things about it, and I hope to stop by for some grub on my next trip, whenever that may be.

Glad to see it getting some attention. With any luck they can fix the terrible service and utterly mediocre food. Two of my worst dining experiences I have had on Disney property were there.

I feel like the Pepper Market is always going through changes, I wish they would just get it right and then stick with one concept! Back in the day it was the best resort CS on property but I feel with all of the changes over the years it has kind of lost its identity and placement at the top!

QS offering for breakfast was horrible last trip. We stayed in October 2012 and had great food and then went back in Sept 2013 and the food was really bad! We had previously really enjoyed getting QS and sitting outside to enjoy our breakfast previously but the menu items changed and there were no real good offerings for kids, the breakfast sandwiches were gross and had plastic cheese melted on them and you couldn't even get a toasted bagel only sugary muffins. I hope they make some changes for the better!

They need to run it just like other QS areas at resorts like at the Pop or AOA. I hated that they added a certain percentage to your bill if you ate in the seating area. If I have quick service I can refill my own drinks and bus my own table.

That was our biggest complaint too.

I've stayed at Coronado in 2011 and 2013. Both times I attempted to try Pepper Market but the food looked so horrible that I ate at Maya Grill instead (which is one of the best restaurants on property)
I'd choose Rix Cafe over Pepper Market anyway.
