With the recent popularity of penguins thanks to 'March of the Penguins' and to a lesser extent, The Madagascar penguins, it made me wonder whether there was in fact a Disney penguin character, and if not, why not!?

Love those penguins. They sign autograph books in the parks, too, if you see them out and about. And what name do they sign, you ask?

"Mr. Penguin".

Yep, Mr. Penguin from Mary Poppins. They're sometimes hard to find...they will sometimes rarely be at Toontown or at Character Connection in Epcot.

Last time I saw the penguins, there were 2 of them around Mary Poppins around the corner of It's a Small World.
