I remember in the past at Pecos Bills on the fixins bar they had cheese sauce...but last winter when I went there to eat I didn't see any..so did they do away with the chesse sauce or what? All I know is that it went great on the fries..Boy do I miss that place

They pretty much did away with it at all of the restaurants around WDW. It's not completely gone, you just have to ask for it at the service counter when they give you your food and they will pour you some in a miniature cup.

Last time I was there (January) cheese was still available at Casey's - everywhere else we had to ask for it. Sometimes they looked at me like I was speaking a language they never heard before, and sometimes we were charged for it. :shrug:

I think thats the new common practice when it comes to the cheese sauce. You now have to pay for it, pay for a little paper cup of that golden cheese sauce...

Which basically means, my days of cheese saucing everything are over.
