PayPal Premium Membership problems

Hi Steve!! Sent you an email about problems with my account. It's something to do with PayPal. It shows a payment was made on the 17th of this month, but it doesn't reflect Premium Membership. Could you help me out when you get a chance? Thanks Steve!!
