Payment Online

I just booked a cruise for January through a travel agent. She gave me a reservation # and I linked it through the disney cruise website. I would love to put down the deposit but I can not find how to make a payment online. Can someone please help? I tried Chrome and Internet Explorer.

If you booked through a Travel Agent, you have to make your payments through that same agent - from deposit through final payment. Note that you will never pay the agent/agency directly (if that happens, it's fraud). They will use your credit card to pay Disney on your behalf, through their agency login.

I get the same from my TA. She forwards me what DCL gives her. I have also gotten the same email from when I book direct. It is kind of standard. PM me with who you used. I am curious.

It's poorly worded, but everyone else has given you good information. To make a payment, contact your travel agent. To add more magic (like shore excursions, dining or spa reservations, etc.), visit the Planning Center.

Yup, poorly worded. Should have been two separate statements. Guests can do most things on their own via the DCL site, but payments must go through the TA.
