Payment Issues

I'm not sure if this needs to go under trip planning or not, but this morning I went on to make a payment for one of our reservations and the website locked up, so I called and spoke with a CM to see if it actually went through and she told me that they have been having issues with online payments. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

I've had similar issues. When I log on it typically says that it is unable to show me my balance. I'm just going to pay over the phone from now on. In 10 days, I'll have the whole thing paid off!! (now just have to pay for all of the clothes to get there, the souveniers from there, and the excess food, drink, tips, etc. while there!)

I noticed it not pulling my balance up Wednesday when I went to pay on it, but this morning it pulled up it let me enter my information, but once I hit the submit button it just froze and nothing...its really beginning to worry me that I will have technical issues Sunday when I try to make my ADRs then have to wait a hour to call in and miss out on Be Our Guest and other top priority dining experiences.

It seems like it has been messed up for a while. I haven't been able to get a balance to pull up for over a month and I had to call in to make my last payment. But, oh well things happen. As long as it has not actually messed up any of my reservations there are no worries. I did notice a couple of days ago it now shows our park tickets. I guess they are working on adding things to the system getting ready for my magic +.

I pulled mine up this morning and it showed tickets for me and my mother, but not for anyone else that is on our reservation, but that doesn't matter to me as long as its all ok on check in day!!

That link MAY finally be going dead for Dining Reservations... even using "Search by Res Number", the "old" site has been barfing for about three days, delivering a "We are currently having problems retrieving...." error message.

Excellence in IT... Disney should consider buying some.

I used the "old" link yesterday morning - I was able to make all of my reservations and they showed up perfectly (without my having to "link" them) in the new MDE website...?! :confused:
