Pay extra to use a day of a FL resident ticket on a blockout date?

Hello. We have two days left on 3-day FL resident passes from December, and I was planning a visit this weekend until I remembered about blockout dates. Does Universal offer any way to pay a fee/premium to use one of the FL resident pass days on a blockout date? We'll visit Sunday, which isn't blocked out, but we'd love to see the last Mardi Gras parade and get some beads on Saturday if we can. Thanks!

I spoke with Guest Relations and it seems the only option is to convert the whole ticket into a non-FL resident ticket by paying the difference between the two prices.
