I must go out of my way to proclaim LOUDLY, the experience my girlfriend and I had the good fortune of having with Patty at TTC. We were visiting the Magic Kingdom for our first anniversary together and needed to renew my girlfriend's annual pass. The details, which were all handled with competent, efficient professionalism, were minor when compared to Patty's attitude. All I can say, and all that MUST be said is that Patty herself, her attitude, her conduct, and her willingness to go above already high expectations from Disney World, is herself the epitome of Disney. Patty is why I've visited Disney hundreds of times since I was a kid when it first opened, and why I still come with loved ones today. I never knew Patty before our short meeting, but she represents the best of Disney and more than deserves this acknowledgement.
