Now that I know Disney uses decaying vegetables and cast members nail clipping to make fries I have descided when I visit in 2023 to stick to pasta. However this got me thinking does Disney make its own pasta and is it wholemeal? As someone who watches carefully what I eat it is good to know the correct type of nutritional pulses are being utilised.
However given the levels of Mac and cheese Disney requires hourly Im guessing it is a processed product though they could have an army of pasta wallahs and cheese graters.

Disney pasta is hand made by a little old Italian Nona who lovingly makes each batch with the finest ingredients, farm fresh eggs, extra virgin olive oil and pure flour. Her tomato sauce, or gravy, as it is known by many, is made from vine ripened tomatoes picked by hand in the “Land” pavilion. She stirs each batch in her kitchen for hours until it is ready. Then again pasta retails at about $1.00 a pound box in the US so I’m guessing they can get it wholesale at about 20 cents. Pour some ketchup over it and you have “Mickey’s home style pasta.” By 2023 they’ll have feeding tubes, no chewing or tasting necessary, so I wouldn’t worry if I were you.

You'll be safe with your cheese noodles in most venues. They are delivered to Disney prepared. Disney=Stoffers.
