Party Ticket - Change Date?

I purchased a ticket for the Christmas Party- but my question is, can you change the date to the ticket or are you binded to that night once purchased?

I'm afraid you're bound to that date. I don't think Disney will change it for you if you returned it to them, so unless you can swap it on EBAY (which I wouldn't recommend) or with friends etc.......

While the tickets might say "No Refunds/No Exchanges," Disney's primary business is guest service. It wouldn't hurt to ask. Remember, it's in Disney's best interest to keep guests happy where reasonable. If they have tickets available to do a switch, it's better to accommodate said switch, than it is to have a guest needlessly walking around with ill feelings, even if that guest knew the rules up front and is technically on the wrong side of a policy.

It is possible, as I've done it once before. (Though it was about 10 years ago) Due to circumstances beyond our control, the dates for our trip had to be pushed back a week, and we'd already bought our MVMCP tickets.

Your best bet would be to contact the Ticketing Office. They have the most access to the ticketing system and the most leeway in making exceptions to the ticketing rules, sometimes even more-so than Guest Relations CMs.

Call the WDW Main Switchboard at 407-824-2222 and ask them to connect you to the Ticketing Office. (Make sure they know that's what you want and that you're not just looking to purchase tickets, otherwise they may try to transfer you to Central Reservations)

The ticket info says you can't, but you can if you have a reason too. We've done it twice. The first time we did it over the phone because we had to change our trip from October to December last year, so they let us trade in our MNSSHP tickets for MVMCP tickets. The second time my little girl got sick the day of the party, so they let us change it to later in the week....the concierege at our hotel did it for us in a matter of minutes. We had no problems doing it either time.
