Parks in early November?

How are the parks early November? With halloween being over with and the holiday decorations coming in how is it? I've never visited around the holidays and was curious as to how disney goes about this process. Do they do most of it overnight or will we be in the parks and see removal/ installation going on that could thus "ruin the magic"

They do the installation overnight once the last Halloween Party is finished. We've gone in early November in 2012 and 2013, and it's so much fun to walk into the MK one day and see it decorated for Halloween, and the next day it's completely redone and the Christmas decor is up!

Thanks! That's exactly what I needed to know. We originally planed for October 16-21 but found a much better deal ($1500 savings) if we wait and go November 6-11. I've always wanted to experience the fall and holidays there but I guess one out of two will have to do for now.

With crowds early until middle November should be enjoyable. The week before Thanksgiving break has historically been labeled one of the slowest times of the year. If crowds bother you then avoid the Wednesday - Sunday of Thanksgiving week itself.

Out of the 10 times I've visited all have fallen in June July months so crowds are nothing new to me. I'm looking forward to a slower time though for a change being a honeymoon trip it will be very enjoyable.
