Parking without theme park reservation

Sorry if this is covered elsewhere, but I couldn't find it.

Do you need a theme park reservation to park?

Scenario is I have a reservation at Epcot, but wish to park at DHS and walk to IG, then park hop to DHS to end the day. The old way I'd do this is to park at DHS, but is that still cool?

They didn't check at the parking booths when I was there in July or November, so you should be fine. You could also take the skyliner to IG from DHS unless you prefer making the walk.
