Parking with a trailer for downtown Disney??

So my buddy threw a fork in my plans . We're half way to O town now trailing his car to a race shop and I thought we were leaving the trailer and all, well he just told me were bringing it back with us. Soooo, where is the best place to park with a trailer if I wanna go to downtown Disney?

Just a guess - maybe park at Fort Wilderness parking lot and take a bus to DTD?

I would avoid the parking garage, and head to one of the outdoor parking areas. Behind Cirque du Soleil, or across on in the Team Disney lot. There are a lot of CMs out in the entrance to the lots, so they will advise.

Unless the trailer is unusual the garage could probably fit it...but just ask a cast member when you turn into the entrance by Cirque and they will tell you the best solution,

I was directed to cast member parking where they had plenty of spots left so I grabbed an end spot and walked across.
