Hello, I am a long time viewer first time poster. Just had a quick question. If you have a gold or silver pass (pass with blackout dates) and you have a ticket to MVMCP during the blackouts, do you have to pay for parking? Thank you so much!

If you are blacked out yes you have to pay for parking. Only get free parking on days your AP is valid/non blackout days.
