If you are staying on site it is totally free at Disney Parks.

Yes that too forgot about that one! I am an AP holder but I always stay at a resort on property and we get it free from that so I forget to mention the AP perk. Lol thanks! So yes on site guests and AP holders get free parking at all the parks.

It may not be applicable, but if you have a handicap placard, valet parking is free at the resorts that offer it.

Yes. When you check in, tell them you have a car and you will be given a parking pass for your dashboard. You will be able to park in the theme parks for free.

Yes you always get free parking if staying on site regardless. They usually give us our pass at the gate when we first arrive at the resort but they also give you another one inside when you check in. They usually ask if you have a car and if not just mention it and they will give you the parking pass to put on your front dash of your car.
