Parking at Contemporary

If we have a 5pm dinner reservation at Chef Mickeys, can we park at the Contemporary in the morning for the day if visiting Magic Kingdom?

Typically no. You will only get a three hour dining parking pass when you are at the monorail resorts as the parking available is very limited. Your options are to park at the TTC and take the monorail to the Contemporary or pay for valet parking at the Contemporary.

You can also walk over from the MK to the Contemporary it's only about 10 minutes from the front gate.

No. The resorts all have signs up stating those lots are for the guests of that resort and not meant for theme park access. You can however pay and valet park, that Disney has no problem with.

Old thread but I'm curious how the current system works? If you have a Chef Mickey reservation how early can you arrive and for how long is the parking pass good for? As for valet, is there a allowed time frame and does this typically fill up quick?

They don't really usually have a pass, it's more of an honor system thing. If they're being real strict they'll look your reservation up and won't let you park unless it's relatively close.

If you valet park you are paying for unlimited valet for the whole day. You can park at as many resorts as you want as often as you want from 12am - 12am.
