Park Tickets

I am buying park tickets from another site and I wanted to know can I somehow "link" these tickets to "My Experience" on Disney.com or do I have to purchase the tickets directly through Disney to do this? Anyone out there know the answer it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I know our tickets from Undercover Tourist can be linked to My Disney Experience, but not sure about other sites. I just went into MY Dis Exp and put in the ticket numbers and they linked with no problem.

Did you have individual numbers on physical tickets or just a bar code from the receipt from buying them that you printed out? I order ours and they just send me a printable barcode page that I have to present when we get to the park and then they issue the physical tickets. I'm hoping I can just plug in the bar code online. I will avoid the ticket counter and just link them to my reservations online.

MDE requires "valid ticket media" to link. So your barcode won't work. To my knowledge the only other media accepted is an AP voucher.

Since it sounds like they're set up to claim at Will Call, you *might* be able to link a number from your purchase, but you might be out of luck until you get there. Try plugging in different numbers found on the receipt.

I tried linking to my son's "Will Call" on our last trip. I had a voucher, his was will-call. Mine linked, his didn't. I called MDE support and they tried everything they could to get it into my account without success.
