Park Shuttle

My wife and I are going to DisneyWorld in December 2020. We plan to stay at a near-by hotel (Maingate Lakeside Resort or Maingate Kissimmee Hotel). These hotels provide shuttles to and from Magic Kingdom and Epcot. I'm wondering the following:
  1. Is there complementary transportation between the four DisneyWorld parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom) for guests that are not staying at a DisneyWorld hotel? If so, what is their frequency and hours of operation?
  2. My hotel offers a morning shuttle ride where the shuttle will arrive at Magic Kingdom and Epcot at about 7.45am. The park is not open at that time but the park is not open at that time. Is there any reason to take this early shuttle?
  3. Would there be a lot of people at the park at 9am? Or does the park generally get busier later on in the morning? I am wondering if I should take the early shuttle where I get to the park at 7.45am, or take the later shuttle that arrives at 9.45am.
  4. Are there any events in the parks that happen exclusively at closing time? Our last shuttle leaves Epcot at 11pm.

No
1. Yes, every 20-25 min up to 90 min after park close
2,3. Check park hours closer to your arrival as they change. First couple hours after open have least crowds of the day
4. At Epcot, that won't be an issue

Get there early. Check park hours every day (or night before) as each park is open at different hours. If the park has Magic Hours on the day you are going, if you dont buy the extra ticket for Magic Hours you wont be able to get in early or stay late. You must see the closing night time shows. Especially at Magic Kingdom and Epcot. Have you gotten any Fast Passes? Since you arent staying at a Disney Resort you can only get them 30 days in advance. Its going to be crowded in Disney in December. Early month not as bad as late. The closer you get to Xmas the more crowded it is. Xmas decorations go up in Nov. Call to find out date. You can also take the Monorail in between some of the parks. This must be your first time to Disney - Have Fun !
