Park Reservation and mobile app

My daughter and her boyfriend are going to MK for a day in May. My question is can I purchase both park tickets and make their park reservation on her mobile app only? He would rather not create an account and download the app if possible?

That's not a problem. She'll just have to manually create a profile for her boyfriend under "Friends and Family" in her MDE account, and then link both of their tickets to them in the account. (Go to "My Friends and Family" and click the link that says "Add a Guest" to get started.) Once that's done and tickets are linked, she should be able to make park reservations and manage plans for them both.
