Park reservation and dining reservation

Hello

I am confused about park reservation and dining reservation.

I have a park reservation at Epcot on 12/19. I have a lunch reservation at Epcot but dinner reservation is at HS. ( I have hopper ticket)

I just checked park reservation availability and HS is not available on 19th.

Am I still able to enter HS after 2pm ? Does it happen that you can not enter your second park where you have dining reservation and find out so after noon on the day?

Since this is my first and could be last WDW trip, I will cry if I couldn't go to restaurant that I woke up 3am here PST and took.

Park hopping has only been restricted at Magic Kingdom on October 1 since the Park Pass system happened.

However, if park hopping DOES get restricted at Hollywood Studios, which I suppose is possible Christmas week, a dining reservation is not a guarantee that you'd get into the park.
