Park Rental Wheelchair ??

If I rent a wheelchair at a park entrance as I enter, would I be able to bring that wheelchair to the park bus stop at the end of the day?

My family member will most likely not need it getting to the park from the bus to start the day but at the end of the day getting back to the bus stop may be too long a walk.

I don't think the in park wheelchair rentals are allowed beyond the turnstiles. I have seen some around the bus stops, like at AK that are available to use from bus stop to turn/tapstiles. I could be wrong though. Hopefully someone else has some information for you. Have you thought about renting one from an offsite company to use for your stay? Then you can use it if your family member needs it while in the park and to and from transportation.

Yes you can bring it to the bus stops or even out into the parking lot if needed.

Yes, we've considered renting from an off-site company. Just not sure how often/when it would be needed. My family member isn't completely disabled (thankfully) but may need it at certain times (like going to the bus stop at the end of the day).

Does someone then need to take it back though? I assume you can’t just leave it in the parking lot or at the bus stops.

I must admit this surprises me, I was in agreement with @ajrwdwgirl.
If you are one of the last guests leaving a park, you get to witness a Disney pick up truck driving around the parking lot with several CMs throwing large amounts of wheel chairs into the bed. They do the same thing by the bus stops.
