Park hours

I am going to disney the first week of May, and when I was looking at the park hours I noticed MK closes at 7 pm on a Friday and Saturday night which surprised me on weekend nights. My question is there still fireworks, or the electrical light parade on these nights? my guess is no because it is probably still light out at these times. Is there any way to tell what nights have fireworks or the parade? Thanks.

I think those are Grad nights if I am not mistaken. As you get closer to May, the entertainment schedule will released. With a 7:00 close, I doubt there will be fireworks.

May 5th and 6th will be Grad Nights at the MK. The park will hard-close at 7pm to set up for the event and there will not be a night parade or fireworks on those nights.

I will be down there as well that same week. Yes, the 6th (and I guess the 5th) is a grad night, the park is open to everyone until 7pm. I was hoping that they would open PotC for that day, but I'm not holding my breath.
