Oddly enough the official Disney site still does not list the May hours. When I called and asked about the May hours not only did they give them to me over the phone but the CM seemed surprised that the web site didn't have them yet.

i was their earlier when the whole port orleans closing was going on, they give a piece of paper along with your guide map, and the paper was even wrong. its always changing, the park hours mostly stay the same the shows just change a lot
