Park Hours for October Posted

Thanks for the info Catch-22. Thanks also for posting link...wouldn't want to make anyone mad....

AkiraRaptor came to the logical conclusion in another thread that Mission:Space has it's grand opening and will be closed for some special event. Maybe another park will have it's hours extended that day......

Did you notice that the park starts closing an hour later after the grand opening? 7pm instead of 6pm, nice.

Oct 9 - Sometimes there is a conference in town and they rent out the parks for the grand party. I went to one once where Epcot opened up at 6 -11 for a private conference party. Not saying that is it, but it might be a possibility.

Other boards' posters say FW's October hours are up.

No Events and Entertainment links; no MK, WS, MGM, AK, TL, or BB.

But yeah, it's a start. :animwink:

Some of those comments they made last month were just plain out of order.

Magic Kingdom hours added now. Not too sad for October, few 6pm's in there, but also some Saturday 11pm's as well.

Also only an hour between park close and MNSSHP starting.

We'll have to wait to see if World Showcase's hours are different than normal on that day.

I'd say they are having some kind of event in Future World, but you have to wonder if it's just M:S, then why close off the rest of the rides like TT and the others?

And most people will need to walk through FW to get to WS, so what gives?

I just know I wont be there till the end of the month, so it wont effect me? :lol:

we tried to get dinner PS for Italy on October 9th but they told us they would not be open. I guess that means World showcase will have the same hours as future world for that day. I think that it is the big M:S party

I will make sure not to go at that time, but if you ask me that's sad. I know money talks but, if I were from a long ways away and was coming on my vacation to Disney, I would be upset. I would be ok if they just closed Mission Space or even Future World at the most, but, to close down WS and not have Illuminations open to the public that night is sad.

Ok, what's up with Disney and the hours for October now? I just checked them and now they have World Showcase hours up, but removed Future World.

And it looks like the whole park will indeed close at 3:00pm, 'cos WS is 9:00am to 3:00pm.

So, how do you get invited to stay pas 3pm?
