Park hours for next weekend

we are taking our monthly trip to WDW next weekend and noticed that the parks are closing early? anyone know why and does this mean we wont see any fireworks?
Husband and I dont care to see fireworks but we are going with BIL and SIL that have NEVER been and they would like to see the fireworks at MK.

I believe next weekend is "Night of Joy" at the Magic Kingdom hence the shorter park hours.

Yes NOJ is the reason MK is closing at 7 on the 10th and 11th so we will be doing EP instead..

we will be arriving the 10th around 10 pm and leaving the 12th. I guess we will just have to take them to see Illuminations.
