Park hours and planning days.....

Is it just me or does it seem like Disney is holding off on releasing operating hours WAAAAYY too close to the 180 day mark? For instance, Our reservations are check-in on September 8th with check-out on the 17th. As of this very moment, the park hours are only released up to the 15th. Granted, my 180 day mark for dining reservation is Wednesday, and the 16th&17th operating hours should be released before that, but it's way too close for comfort. I am a HUGE planner, and I like to figure out which park we'll be in so I can plan dining ressies well in advance. With the tiny window they are providing it sure makes for some stressful planning. And then to top it off, my wife and kids decide they want to add 2 days to the trip, which cuts it really close to maxing out my PTO. Man oh man, first world problems, right?

So, I could have sworn that in years past they posted operating hours a little bit earlier. Is it just me?

Yeah, so far I've been using one that I found in a search and it's accurate. I just think it's bone-headed of Disney considering that they invested so much money into MME, which is partly based on planning.

I have found that the only up-to-date calendar is on the Disney site. They have been changing it a lot. There's no way the others can keep up with the changes unless they do nothing but watch the Disney site.
I miss the old month calendars that used to be on the site. I have several. I may just check the site and put the correct hours on the calendars I have. Or, I'll just continue to check often.
