Park Hours and crowds in October

Hi from germany.
I am going to visit WDW during the first two weeks of October.
What crowds do i have to expect and does anyone know the park hours? They are not released on the official site.

Is the official opening of MS during Park opening or is it after PArk closing and just for invited guests?

Will MS be opened all the days before the official opening or do they close for some days to prepare the opening ceremonies?
