Park Hopper+ question

Hello,

We are going to Disney World this October and are looking at getting Park Hopper Plus tickets. I can get discount tickets through work, but they don't give an option to buy 8 day tickets, it jumps from 7 to 10. My question is, if we don't go to one of the 4 main parks during our 8 days, but go to typhoon lagoon that day, will that count towards one of our 7 day tickets? Or does it only count a day if you go to MK, AK, Epcot, and DHS? Thank you.

The park tickets only count if you go to one of the 4 theme parks. You can go to the water parks on any of your non theme park days. It's a nice way to take a break in the middle after a few crazy days running from ride to ride all day. Just remember, or a longer trip, that you have to use the park tickets within 14 days of first use.

Also, you can add an additional day to that ticket once you're on-site. Just visit a Guest Relations location. Wait to do it until you've used the ticket at least once to ensure you retain your discount. You'll pay the difference between the price of a 7-day and an 8-day ticket.

Just be aware you won't be able to book an 8th day of FastPasses until you've added the day to your ticket.
