This was such a weird but amusing idea. Making a walk around character out of a ticket promotion? I remember the commercials and ads with him at MCO. There were plush toys of him too?

I loved watching the spots with him on the resort TV back in the day. For some reason, the one where he went down a water slide and they “squeezed” out water from him after always cracked me up
