Park Hopper & Making Restaurant Reservations

Hi I'm new... I have been googling to find the answer, and haven't been able to find it. I am heading to WDW in about 10 weeks. Due to my Partner's schedule, it is a short trip. 2 nights at the Swan & 1 day at the parks. I bought us Park Hopper tix and made my reservation to start the day at Magic Kingdom. The 2nd park we will go is Epcot. My question. Since I have registered for Magic Kingdom for my first park, will the My Disney Experience app allow me to book a restaurant at Epcot for dinner when I get to 60 days out and can begin booking? Thanks in advance!

Thats the great thing about having the PH. You can enjoy park #1 and then hop over later for a different park and then enjoy dining. Thats how we usually arrange our ADR's. EP has the better range of restaurants to try out. Where are you thinking about reserving your dinner?

Anyone can book an advanced dining reservation for any park so yes its going to let you book it.

Officially Disney has said that having a dining reservation will not guarantee that you will be admitted to the second park if the second park is at capacity but unofficially if you have a park hopper ticket you will not be denied entry into the second park even if the second park is supposedly at capacity.

So in short.. no issues making your dining reservation and entering that park after 2pm.

I'm thinking about Spice Road Table, Chefs de France and Tutto.

Chefs de France was on our list of want to do's last trip. It was fabulous. So glad we got to try it out. It was one of the best dining experiences of our trip. We have eaten at many EP restaurants over the years and had never dined there before. It wont disappoint you.

Spice road table has changed a lot due to staff issues and is not been the same. Chefs has been solid, we have been going there a lot lately as we can never get in to SRT even for lunch. Tutto has taken over the wine bar too, that place has been decent. i miss being able to go in there for a Caprese sandwich and a wine flight. again the staffing shortage has really hit them hard, they are ramping back up slowly but a lot of places still have not opened back up or are limited in dinning capacity, hence reservations are tight. Dont forget the F&G festival has started in EPCOT and there is a garden rocks concert in the afternoon plus all the new food kiosks.
