Park fair characters

I am assuming you mean 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. Characters from Alice in Wonderland(Alice, Mad Hatter), Winnie the Pooh (Pooh, Tigger),and Mary Poppins meet for breakfast. For Dinner, Cinderella and Prince Charming along with Lady Tremaine and the Stepsisters appear.

Suzy, Perla, and the Fairy Godmother appear at dinner when some of the other characters (usually the Tremaines) are unable to attend.

I've heard of both Snow White and Aurora making VERY rare appearances when other characters are unavailable as well.

Aurora definitely has a few times. I'm not aware of Snow visiting, but it's entirely possible and makes sense.
