Park Central Condos

Has anyone lived or seen or have other info on Park Central Condos?
Just trying to find out how good or bad they are?

If those are the ones downtown, I've heard nothing but good things about them

i dont think its downtown..maybe just southeast by 10 minutes or so.
off the interesection of conroy rd and john young pkwy
or maybe thats already considered downtown

They started out as apartments.

I looked at them about 4 years ago when I was looking for apartments. Seemed like a nice place, though that area is very close to the jail and to some other not-so-nice areas. There's a lot more new growth out there, but that doesn't mean that the nearby undesirable areas have gone anywhere.

alrighty... I know now what place you're talking about... and I wouldn't suggest it, unless you want your car broken into and don't mind living next to a drug dealer

Im moving down there in the fall, its been tough trying to figure out good apartments and non ghetto areas
Any suggestions on good apartments or neighborhoods near orlando??
any area or section of i should stay away from?
