park attendance

I am leaving for wdw in 6 days!!!
I was wondering who has been there recently and what the crowdedness of the parks was like. I have been to wdw in August before and it can be very crowded.

as far as I know, attendance is down a bit...one reason they only have one showing of Fantasmic! a night and why Animal Kingdom will be dropped to its 9 to 5 hours...but, Magic Kingdom should still be packed. I'm leaving in eight days!

I was there from July 13-19th, and the only park that I had to wait in lines for was at MK. The rest of the parks were easy to "complete" in a day. If you're staying in WDW make sure to check out a Eride night at MK. 9 attractions and NO lines. I loved it and I can't stop telling people about it. :lol:

If anything make use of the FAST PASS system. Use it to beat the heat. I'm pretty sure it's still muggy and nasty down there.

it's actually hotter there now than it was in early July I love E-Ride Nights...we first tried it out in Feb. 2001...and let me tell you, we were mad at ourselves for taking 12 years to finally try it! We wouldn't think of missing them during our trips now!
