Park attendance levels

Just FYI for anyone interested, I talked to a disney Rep here at my school yesterday and hes said that the week of our spring break (March 17-23) attendance in the parks was up 20% from last year!! I don't know if he was guessing or if he had some kind of inside information but I thought that was great for disney! Have a great day everyone!

THATS GREAT NEWS.....HOPEFULLY IF ATTENDANCE STARTS TO GET BACK TO NORMAL DISNEY CAN STOP CUTTING BACK AND PROCEED WITH NEW PROJECTS

That is great! Only thing is, for those of us that really cannot stand BIG crowds we should avoid that week! :lol: I do hope next year's attendance is the same on that week. New Projects here we come!!!

awsome news!-positive comps sales at at rate of 20 percent is great-especially when attendance has been down since sept 11-i think this is a true indication that disney has stood the test of time in horrible times and soon will be where it was -being the premiere entertainment company of the world
