Parade of Dreams is still alive?!

Okay, this could just be down to a typo on the poster's part but, I was searching for videos of Parade of Dreams and found this video...

And in the comments, someone has asked when this was filmed and the owner has replied with

me friend filmed it for me during Disneyland's Halloween time 2009, i wasnt able to go so i ask them to film it while they wer there!!!

This can't be right, can it. Or have I missed something? I'm sure it was reported that the floats had been destroyed.

Its from 2008, Parade of Dreams never played in 2009.

Theres a few things to notice in the video too,
"The Art of Disney" banner is still up, the new Disney Gallery opened on Oct 2, 2009.
The Mickey Balloon is plain with no LED lights inside, no Halloween spider webs though they probably sell the plain ones too.
