Knowing Disney, I have no doubt it will be available at some point. Otherwise that'd be a missed revenue opportunity. I'd expect a separate CD, just for the Parade (like they did with DCA's MSEP or Epcot's RoE)

I haven't heard anything official, but I'd certainly like it! In an interview on MouseInfo, Randy Thornton expressed interest in creating a DL parades CD, though.
