Paperwork/tickets? Disney travel company?

Just wondering when I should expect my paperwork for our trip on June 6th?
I booked it thru Walt Disney Travel Company.

You should get a welcome letter in 5 to 7 days after your deposit is paid. You will receive your confirmation, and any travel documents and vouchers once you are paid in full and it is within 35-40 days prior to your arrival date. Enjoy your vacation!

Booked in Dec.
And paid in full in Feb.

We leave in 38 days.
I'm wondering if I should call or email them as all I have is my printed confirmation and credit card statement.

You should get a confirmation and itinerary (list of guests, where you are staying, etc) within 2 weeks of booking. You will get your final papers after you make your final payment. Last year ours showed up on the day before we left.

If you don't have them and time is getting short, give them a call. Have all your info ready. :wave:
