Palo vs Remy Brunch

I've never had the Remy brunch, but have had Palo's brunch several times. I love the Palo brunch, although I prefer dinner, to be honest. (I've had a couple of brunch dishes that I didn't enjoy; never had that problem at dinner.)

I couldn't find a menu for the Remy brunch (although I admit, I only looked for about 30 seconds), but here is the official description from the DCL wesite:

"Satiate your palate during an elegant Champagne brunch brimming with French-inspired gourmet fare. Following an introduction to the Prix Fix meal and a glass of French bubbly, indulge in a delightful selection that includes vegetable risotto, lobster cannelloni, sea bass, veal, gnocchi—and dessert."

Here's a detailed review of Remy brunch with pictures, if you're interested:

having done both, they are both quite different. as always, Remy just feels opulent, you start off in a small group and meet the head chef and sommelier who introduce you to Remy in the small room surrounded by wine. you are given a complimentary glass of champagne and some iberico ham, you then head to your table and work through several small plates. every two courses can be paired with champagne.

when we visited the sweetcorn emulsion to start was phenomenal. i don't eat fish so they tweaked some dishes for me and subbed one for chicken and i can't remember the second change. every dish was wonderful and i didn't want any to end!!!!

compared to palo, which is a buffet, you still leave full. they give you some treats to take with you too... a lovel;y touch!

if you have done palo you should certainly try remy... i will try top find some photos i have if i still have them!

on a side note, we also did pompidous dessert experience on our last cruise, again, phenomenal if you love dessert!!!! every dish in Remy really is mouthwatering and exceptional!!!!

Thank you for the responses! We have eaten at palo for dinner, but never at Remy and neither of the brunches. What would you recommend booking? Palo or Remy?
