Pal Mickey at WDW only or DL also?

Hi there, I noticed that one of the new Disney CC comericals for bank one takes place at DL MK. On the last shot a little girl is talking to Mickey and apears to be holding a PAL mickey. Does anyone know if they have plans to introduce PAL mickey at DL, or is it only at WDW?
