Paddlefish...how is it?

Considering Paddlefish for our next trip. Wondering how everyone's experience have been there. Basically just don't want to waste our time and money if it's equivalent to an over priced Red Lobster. If you have any pics to share I'd appreciate it greatly too. Thanks!
