Owning Annual Pass then working at Disney

I plan on moving to Orlando next year, and I probably will get a job at Disney, however I am not sure exactly when. I of course want to start going to Disney as soon as I move down there. I know that if you are a CM, you get free admission. But since I don't want to pay per day, I'd like to get an annual pass until I start working there.

My question is: If I own an annual pass and then start working there, would I get reimbersed for the cost of the season pass? Thanks!

Nope, you will not be reimbursed for the Annual Pass. As a CM, you would get free admission almost every day of the year, starting the day you take Traditions.

Get a ten-day with no expire option. If if runs out before you get hired, upgrade it to an AP. That way, you're expending less up-front cash if you get hired quickly and upgrading doesn't cost any more than if you bought an AP to start with, so you're just buffering the cost if you're hired before you use all of the ten-day.

Great advice. Didn't think of that. Thanks

believe me, once you have worked there for about a month you will ask yourself why you ever payed money to get into the place. wait till you start working and save your money. from a fellow CM, trust me... :slurp:
