I'm just curious, Kim says the guy was chasing him with a shovel? Then how did he have time to douse him in gasoline and light a match from a distance? Nice try...:rolleyes:

From this preliminary report, sounds like Mr. Kim would/should be charged with attempted murder....

I wonder if they are closing the area pending further investigation?

Was that a serious comment? If so, these people could have just as easily been Disney employees.

I'm not saying Disney Cast Members are always 100% picture perfect in their behavior, but they feel like CM's and the responsibilities that come along with that are right there in front of them. Most CM's have understanding of the company and it's values, and would refrain from such activities. They are also better managed (a factor that was likely missing from this problem.)

This job has been outsourced since before the park opened, no Disney CMs have ever been responsible for this task.
