Osborne Lights: A Look Back

Over the years there have been attractions I've sadly had to say goodbye to, shows I've missed greatly and seen lots of changes I've had to grudgingly accept .... but losing Osborne lights .... I'll never get over. I'm grateful I got to see it one last time before it disappeared. It was a fabulous show and just made my Christmas.

Glad that @wdwmagic has preserved these shows with multiple angles in them but glad I have my own shaky iPhone versions, walking through people, doing 360 degree turn-arounds, etc.

Naw... I will miss Sprectro... but I can always get an Osborne fix almost anywhere in the country... Every Christmas there is always some place near where the people go for quantity over quality on Christmas lights, and that was really what Osborne was. Never was a big fan.

A new rumor from Screamscape.com seems to suggest that Silver Dollar City (a mid-sized amusement park in Branson, MO; http://www.silverdollarcity.com/theme-park) may have quietly purchased the framework for several of the larger/more signature pieces from the Osborne lights to use in their own Christmas displays (with the intent to replace the lights with newer LED lights). Any thoughts on the validity of this rumor?

We had the chance to see them in Nov 2015 and they were jaw droppingly awesome. I mean literally stood there in the middle of it going I can't believe how beautiful it is.
