Orlando Vista Hotel outside DTD

So im going to a wedding at disney next month and staying on to run in the princess marathon (very excited about that) but since being made redundent last year im having to do it as cheaply as possible, I've seen this hotel as ive driven past it before and when i've looked at possible resorts this comes up as excellent value, but im kinda unsure! has anyone ever stayed here? is it as nasty as the price suggests? ($35 ish per night!) or am i just being a snob?!
I should add i do need somewhere with a pool and a gym and this does offer both and its close to dtd and those are high on my requirements list!.

I've stayed there. It's just "eh". They were remodeling the hallways when we were there. The rooms were okay but I don't consider it a great place. I didn't feel like I was gonna be murdered but I knew I wouldn't go back.
